At JJ Engineering, all quotations
have a feasibility review as a matter of course. It does
not matter if it is low volume or high volume, a review
is completed.
If JJ Engineering is successful
with the quotation any feasibility concerns would be discussed
with your design engineers.
APP (advance product planning),
would be the next step where a cross functional team discuss
all issues i.e. environmental impact, tooling line-up, material
specification, FMEA's, control plan requirements, gauging,
ISIR requirement date's, sub-contract operation's, packaging
specification, also production requirement's and date's.
JJ Engineering welcome and
actively encourage customer involvement at all stages of
the project from tooling design through the APP meetings
and up to your involvement in the packaging specification.
We believe the customer's involvement is critical to the
success of the project and helps ensure that the project
is completed on time.

timing reports and tooling timing plan’s if requested
by the customer which are updated and supplied at intervals
